"Water pressure was a bit low for the shower. There was no sponge in the kitchen that I could find. I have never stayed in a VRBO so I am not sure what is supposed to be there and was is not! I did not turn the ceiling fan on in the bedroom because the light would have stayed on. I could not reach the pull string to turn the light off. My stay was excellent. "

"This was our second time staying in this unit. Our experience was fabulous once again! The condo is so comfortable, spacious, and has lots of natural light. The grounds are spectacular, we enjoyed walking throughout the property each day, and we captured awesome sunrises and sunsets (just below the top floor there is a balcony off the elevator which is above the tree line and faces the Amelia River)."

"This is a great apartment with a beautiful view of the ocean. The only reasons I am giving it a 4-star is because it has an antiquated microwave that is 32 years old with 600W of power. The turntable does not work. The small refrigerator needs to be updated. Besides, I needed to clean the coffee maker several times before using it. And the air return was full of dust, which I did my best to clean. I urge management to take care of these things because there’s no other reason this apartment...

"We love visiting Amelia Island and staying in the Omni plantation area. However this was by far the worst rental we experienced and I would not recommend it. The unit is clean yet outdated. There is no kitchen, just a sink and a microwave with some kitchen utensils. The sink is very tall and not sure how someone short her than 5.4 could use it comfortably.
