I was next inline for check in but a hotel guest just walk right up to the counter from the side as I was about to take my turn. I also noticed some hotel guests can be very loud. "Wonderful hotel, room was large and had great views. In the new modern part of Suzhou. The staff was very helpful especially Gavin the concierge. He way out of his way to help us navigate Suzhou. Also has plenty of restaurants near by. I have to call out the beauty of this part of town, "

"An excellent property with attentive staff. My family enjoyed an excellent brunch at the brasserie and dinner at Hai Tien Lo restaurant. The surrounding Pan Men scenic area at night was particularly spectacular. We felt like we had it to ourselves. "
