"It is centrally located, well kept and well maintained. The front desk staffs say all the right things but they is no warmth. They look like they couldn't be bothered. Other staffs were exceptional. Tree triming at 8is am on Saturday right outside the room was unacceptable for this type of hotel."

"What a great property! Hotel staff was pleasant, location couldn’t be better in Yountville, a nice continental breakfast is provided, the grounds are immaculate, and the rooms and pool was outstanding. Highly recommend for any couple looking to get away for a romantic / relaxing weekend. "

"The Napa River Inn hotel has a wonderful location in downtown Napa. The staff is friendly all the time. The rooms al clean. They serve fresh pastries every morning direct in your room and all of them are DELICIOUS. This was our second visit to this resort, and for sure all our stays at Napa will be at the Napa River Inn hotel"
