The top floor pool was great with wonderful panoramic views of downtown PV. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet, but close to everything we want - restaurants, PV art scene, and shopping for supplies. The unit itself was very clean and well appointed. We'll be back! "

"The house was great. Plenty of room and a nice pool area that got sun much of the day. The property management company was very responsive and helped take care of things before our arrival. There was an issue with the hot water when we first arrived but with the help of the property manager, decided that it was probably some kind of timer that was limiting the hot water. "Great neighborhood away from crowds but still plenty of great food and shopping. The house is beautiful (but it is older). The host responded rapidly to all messages. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the beach down the street every night."

"The location was great. The area is safe. The gate attendants were so nice. Ride the bus/van from the main road down to the beach. Loved the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Grocery store close by. Loved the pool area. The house could use some updates and deep clean maintenance but overall had everything we needed. Property manager was easy to contact and responsive."

"The inside of this air conditioned apartment is very nice and clean. Lots of daylight. The view is directly on the street and of rooftops but we didn't really mind as it's a block away from the Town Square (Park) and 5 minutes to the marina. You can walk everywhere. It's a perfect spot for a 5-7 day stay. The only thing we can think of that would be good to have in the apartment is a water distributor for drinking water."

"We had a wonderful stay in Yelapa. It was our first time to Yelapa, and Jay helped us organize a private boat to town from a marina close to the airport. The house is also only a minute or so from the town pier.The view from the house was unbeatable, waking up every morning was a delight, and watching sunset in the evenings was amazing as well. The crew in town, Felipe & Yanet took great care of us. The people of Yelapa were also super friendly and I can’t wait to come back.My only complaint was...

"My husband and I just completed a five week stay at Casa Owaissa. The house has just the right amount of modern conveniences coupled with old style Vallarta to exceed our expectations. We spent many days lounging by the pool, cooking meals at home, and enjoying the weather. The house is also very convenient Zona Romantica "
