"Staff were wonderful; all were polite and very helpful. When I arrived the heating unit was not working great. I actually cleaned the front grill and washable filters myself that first night. Ironically, Maintenance was in the process of doing the whole building and got to my unit the third day I was there. The housekeeping staff was very polite and accommodating. "Good location, walkable to the convention center and Reading Terminal. The room had a fun, modern Midcentury Modern vibe. Pleasant staff. Just a heads up if you plan on using the parking garage attached next door. It apparently is possible to have to wait up to 45 minutes for the valley to retrieve your car. This did not happen to me. I was able to get my car in 5 minutes. However I guess it is possible that they sometimes get backed up so I don't know if it would be helpful to request your car...

"Nice place and in a very walkable part of town. The only points off I would give is on the privacy of the bathrooms. The doors when shut don’t give sufficient privacy. "
