The one thing my room was missing, which surprised me, was a hair dryer. I think of that as pretty standard, but maybe everyone brings their own these days? One other thing: I booked a reservation that included valet parking through hotels.com, but the W didn't have any record of valet parking being included in their reservation system. Ultimately they were able to include it, but it took a little time to get it sorted out. If I'd known, I might have called ahead. "
