"Excellent. Super fast check in and check out. Easy to forward our luggage from the hotel with the help of staff. Buffet breakfast in Japanese style (few Western options) was a delicious and varied way to start the day. Our room was so tidy when we returned from sightseeing it felt like my mom cleaned it. 10/10 for cleanliness of rooms and hotel. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Bathroom and shower were wonderful with instant hot water and strong water pressure. Even though the hotel is a couple blocks away from the train station, the street is quiet at night. Can’t wait to return. "

"Great hotel with a comfortable room and decent size for an Osaka hotel. They have a good buffet breakfast on offer, and it was a lovely touch to have a welcome drink as part of our stay. The hotel has good transport links so it was really quick and easy to get around to all of the popular locations in the city. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time I'm in Osaka. "

Its location is convenient, about 8 minute walk to Kyoto station, and 400 feet from several major bus routs. Our 280 sq room is spacious. Bathroom and toilet are clean and top notch. Hotel lobby has coffee and matcha tea. Hot spring (no charge) has free ice cream. The only issue is that the hall way upstairs (4th floor) is too hot, feeling like >80 F (25 C)"
