"Property is advertised with the BBQ. Unfortunately we were told after purhase of our stay in order to use it.. you have to purchase the BBQ pack for $145 dollars. I have very specific dietary requirements and although there is a fry pan inside.. this left a very sour taste in my mouth that we werent allowed to use the BBQ. Just seemed petty and they failed to acknowledge this as unfair or sneaky. Wont be back "

"This was a perfect affordable accommodation for our family as we had two children who needed operations at the Northern Epping hospital and were required to stay close to the hospital for a few days. Hosts were extremely supported when we required a lock on the front door from the inside as both children kept opening the front door.Would definately recommend this place"

"Perfect for catching the train into the city, and then getting to the airport the next day. Host was responsive and let us park outside the unit early. A bit more seating in the loungeroom area would be good."

"Absolutely shocking. Nobody there when I arrived ;couldn't get in and had to find accommodation elsewhere. Waiting for Expedia to give me my refund"

"Booked the property for 6 nights and went to check in only to find no one was available/ or any instructions provided to get into the property. Called the number provided numerous times with no answer and none responded. Waited for nearly 2 hrs with young kids in vain. Yet to receive my booking amount paid from Expedia. Very poor!"

"The apartment facilities were. great for excursions. Location perfect for excursions easy access to city circle trams The staff were helpful and staff keep supplies and linens refreshed. Easy walk to metro market for supplies. Great cafes and really nice restaurant downstairs. Enjoyed the facilities of gym and spa with lap pool. Location felt safe and an easy walk to the Victoria Markets. Highly recommend. Well priced. Easy access to trams for getting to city and Yarra river and Flagstaff...
