"Lovely spacious rooms. Proper residences where you could stay for a long time if you wanted to. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Facilities were good. And the breakfast was expansive, with Thai, Chinese, Korean, Indian, and Western foods. My only complaint was the queue for the coffee machine, as it made very nice coffee, but it took 5 minutes to get one every time. This is a family oriented hotel, with plenty of kids running around and enjoying themselves. If you don't like the sound of children laughing and screaming in the pool,, then this might not be the place for you. Location is good. Plenty of restaurants and shops on its quiet street. It's an easy 15 minute walk to quite a large shopping mall if you want a wider variety of shops and restaurants."

"This hotel is attached to the airport so it was great for an early morning departure flight. Bed was very comfy so we got a good night sleep. Also, concierge was great. I has lost an item at another hotel and was able to have it delivered and held for me. The Hyatt just took it over so I am sure they will spruce it up a bit. Overall clean, good service and conveniently located."
