"Front desk staff was absolutely first class. While affable Ms. Tee is the one who handled my check-in, her colleague was equally all smiles and welcoming. They both donned new beautiful blue dresses ( I had stayed with them a couple of years ago). Check-in took less than 2 minutes. Ms. Tee spoke fluent English with a beautiful accent. My wife (who is Thai) and I felt very welcome by these two wonderful ladies. Our room was 1818 on December 14-15, 2024 because we had reservations at nearby Asia...

"Bangkok was the first stop in our trip, and I really liked that this hotel was close to a lot of the activities we planned. The whole interior was top tier, and the rooms were so beautiful. It was such a relief to step into the quiet of the hotel after the hustle and bustle of all the activities. The rooftop bar was also such a great addition. We had drinks one night and just stayed for a few hours taking in the scene and lights. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Overall good but can be better. Shower water pressure is on the low side. Buffett not too quite up to standard, selection not fantastic and seafood not fresh. The housekeeping on my day 1 was good and meticulous. Spotted a tiny stain on the toilet bowl (not at an obvious spot) on the day we checked in and it's gone the next day after housekeeping. "
