"Great location for Nara main attractions. Easy to find restaurants, next to a market, short walk to Nara Park. The place is new, easy to find and easy to use in general. Few things could be improved. Check in instructions were sent in Japanese only and we needed some codes to access the place so it wasn’t straight forward. "Everything was great. Shower had a traditional japanese bath and shower setup with a sink just outside to wash in the morning. Several nearby shops for dinner and breakfast and the Tengachaya station is about 10 minute walk and can get you to the Namba area in maybe 20 mins. There are 4 futon beds and a couch on the first floor. The stairs up are about half my foot size so watch out when walking downstairs, and if you're 6ft also on the way up because i hit my head on the ceiling once haha....
