"I chose this hotel for its location next to a ski resort and I liked the look of the tatami rooms. This hotel is very cheap and you get what you pay for. The room was small and old, the futon mattresses you use to make your bed were thin and I woke up achy every day. The staff were helpful and friendly with limited English. We tried a meal at the hotel and were asked to pay in advance and then given no menu - we just got what was given (which wasn’t bad actually). Theu have their own rental for...

"We were spoilt with first class attention and assistance from Andrew, the host, and staff. It is why we like to choose an owner establishment rather than a 'marbled foyer'. A warm lounge and wine and conversation to come back to at the end of an unbelievable ski day. Love the underfloor heating! The shuttle is quick, easy and flexible. The location is great and a short walk to and from dining options. We can't wait to get back!"

"The young owners of this property are very sweet, kind and really try to be helpful. They seemed that had not quite got the hang of being proprietors, but they are very likable. Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages. "家族行事のリンゴ狩りを毎年この季節に行なっていて、今まで長野の色々なホテルに宿泊していました。 今年は一戸建てを貸していただけるactive houseに予約。 子ども達も含め大人数で予約しましたが、一戸建てを借りているため、家の中でどれだけ遊ぼうと、周囲の目を気にしなくて良いのはとても良かったです。 また、11月中旬の寒い時期ではありましたが、庭でのBBQも楽しめました。ピザ釜もあり外のテラスで防寒対策をして昼食をたべました。 家の中で料理した際も、調理器具も揃っているため、助かりました。 部屋数も多く、普段自分の部屋を持っていない子供達は、一人部屋に大興奮し、夜になるとそれぞれ部屋で一人で寝ていました。 部屋にはカメ虫が多く出ると、管理人の方がガムテープを用意してくれていたため、子ども達がゲームのように部屋の中で見つけては捕まえてくれて安心でした。 夜の星空が綺麗で、裏の駐車場に行ったところ、鹿が4匹歩いているのを見ました。 度々電話やメールで管理人さんに問い合わせた際には、とても親切に対応して下さりました。 家族でゆっくり過ごせました。また利用させていただきます"
