"Excellent place to stay. The gentleman at the hostel offers pick up and drop services from Yudanaka station, Snow monkey park and some onsens in Yamanouchi. Although he speaks only Japanese, he uses a translator and tries his best to communicate with you. We will be staying here again when we come back."

"家族行事のリンゴ狩りを毎年この季節に行なっていて、今まで長野の色々なホテルに宿泊していました。 今年は一戸建てを貸していただけるactive houseに予約。 子ども達も含め大人数で予約しましたが、一戸建てを借りているため、家の中でどれだけ遊ぼうと、周囲の目を気にしなくて良いのはとても良かったです。 また、11月中旬の寒い時期ではありましたが、庭でのBBQも楽しめました。ピザ釜もあり外のテラスで防寒対策をして昼食をたべました。 家の中で料理した際も、調理器具も揃っているため、助かりました。 部屋数も多く、普段自分の部屋を持っていない子供達は、一人部屋に大興奮し、夜になるとそれぞれ部屋で一人で寝ていました。 部屋にはカメ虫が多く出ると、管理人の方がガムテープを用意してくれていたため、子ども達がゲームのように部屋の中で見つけては捕まえてくれて安心でした。 夜の星空が綺麗で、裏の駐車場に行ったところ、鹿が4匹歩いているのを見ました。 度々電話やメールで管理人さんに問い合わせた際には、とても親切に対応して下さりました。 家族でゆっくり過ごせました。また利用させていただきます"
