Really like the property however we was an hour early to check in, they advised it is £15 to check in each, when we asked could we leave our bags, they advised this is also £15 which seems a lot without advertising this

Great room 2 double beds shared as 3 friends in area attending event at 02 Not a particularly warm welcome but was clean A couple of drinking water glasses would been useful Steps to upper bed felt dangerous but manageable Good lighting

I liked the uniqueness of a self check in, it was also really calming to walk into, smelt great and with a very peaceful atmosphere. Staff were helpful when needed and room was tidy and clean. Would stay again

I like the area and the staff were very helpful. However the rooms felt a bit bare…no desk or chair, which made it hard to work and no drinking facilities (reception had a vending machine) but not a cup of any kind in the room. These things would be helpful.
