"All and all the stay was perfect but there was a gap of about two inches under the front door which made the apartment really cold, especially at night. We had to roll a towel under the door to slow the cold air."

Affordable : good value for money —-The not so good : got the wrong code to get in & it took 30 min to solve with the help of VRBO . Double check the day before you arrive . It says it was renovated but not the bathroom! Windows don’t shut properly: bring earplugs . "Very comfortable stay with lots of room to spread out. Interesting older house with many unique features. We were happy to learn that they recently installed a new furnace and a dishwasher. Lots of cookware and dishes. We spread out over two dining rooms for mealtime which worked well for us. "

"Exactly as advertised. Very clean . Fabulous neighborhood and easy access to bus stop to go into NYC ! Host are super responsive and having a nice laundry room was great. Great restaurants in neighborhood , easy grocery store ride. Definitely recommend this Vrbo. I loved getting out of city of Manhattan after being there morning to eve. "Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights."

"The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. "We stayed here with our 3 dogs between Christmas and New Years. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood of sprawling estate homes. This property had tons of room to spread out. The yard is HIGE and completely fenced in. The rooms are decorated with the photography work of the owner and other interesting pieces. Plenty to do on site and not too far from the city. "The suite was very clean. Although the heater broke on one of the days of our stay it was fixed rapidly. Very close to the subway and deli and restaurants etc. "

"Hot tub was awesome. Near bear mountain, also relatively easy train access to NYC across bridges."

"The lake house was exactly as described in the listing. The property was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out back on the deck watching the ducks and Geese swim by while enjoying our morning beverages. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The house is located within an easy drive to downtown Warwick. We enjoyed a fantastic weekend celebrating my wife’s birthday. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. The owners...
