"This property is exactly as described and pictured. Communication was great and very helpful. They do need to upgrade the coffee pot. It's very small. We had 6 people and had to make multiple pots every day. I'm just saying that for a condo that sleeps 11, according to the listing, the coffee pot should accommodate the same. I wish there had been a little bit of Christmas decor in the condo, but other than that it was exactly as expected. Very Happy!"

"All and all the stay was perfect but there was a gap of about two inches under the front door which made the apartment really cold, especially at night. We had to roll a towel under the door to slow the cold air."

Affordable : good value for money —-The not so good : got the wrong code to get in & it took 30 min to solve with the help of VRBO . Double check the day before you arrive . It says it was renovated but not the bathroom! Windows don’t shut properly: bring earplugs . "It was a wonderdul and relaxing stay with the family"

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

"It’s a comfortable place for staying, close to everything and just few blocks away from the train station that you can commute to NYC. Nice host. I recommend this place!"

"Very comfortable stay with lots of room to spread out. Interesting older house with many unique features. We were happy to learn that they recently installed a new furnace and a dishwasher. Lots of cookware and dishes. We spread out over two dining rooms for mealtime which worked well for us. "

"Upstairs apartment in an older detached house. High ceilings and big rooms lots of character with wooden floors and sash windows. We had constant communication with the property staff and check in was seamless through the app. The neighborhood felt very safe, quiet, and is only a few blocks away from the subway.
