"Amazing stay. We were picked up by the free shuttle service and received welcome drinks. The views are stunning! The room was immaculate. The pool & rooftop bar was amazing. Prices of food & drink are a bit expensive but the massaman curry was gorgeous. We paid £11 for breakfast for 2 and it was a 3 course meal! It really good value and loads of delicious food - should have been £9 each so I would recommend booking on hotels.com. The staff were so friendly too! I live on Samui so we will...

"The pool was just disgusting, you couldn't see the bottom from above. Nobody was swimming while I was there (5 days). Talked to one staff guy but nothing happened. Room had a strange smell, too. Changed the room once, was good in the other one. The beach in front of the resort is not good but other good beache are close. The personell on the other side is very friendly and helpful."

"The staff was rude and not welcoming at all. They made us feel so uncomfortable that only stayed 1 night and changed hotel for the rest of our stay on the island. Even for breakfast I arrived at 10.01 and they refused to serve because kitchen was closing at 10am. On top of that, the pictures looks much nicer than reality (dirty pool, no real beach behind..) I do not recommend at all this hotel."
