"Amazing stay. We were picked up by the free shuttle service and received welcome drinks. The views are stunning! The room was immaculate. The pool & rooftop bar was amazing. Prices of food & drink are a bit expensive but the massaman curry was gorgeous. We paid £11 for breakfast for 2 and it was a 3 course meal! "Unfortunately after being a return customer over the last 10 years, as a animal lover I will NOT be returning to Golden Hill due to terrible and inhumane living conditions for a very lovely and friendly dog that is locked in a cage with nothing more than its own feces. It is locked up 24/7 and it’s clearly in desperate need of the simple things all animals deserve. The cage is near the entrance to the resort and customers have to drive past a clearly frustrated and distressed dog daily that...

"The staff was rude and not welcoming at all. They made us feel so uncomfortable that only stayed 1 night and changed hotel for the rest of our stay on the island. Even for breakfast I arrived at 10.01 and they refused to serve because kitchen was closing at 10am. On top of that, the pictures looks much nicer than reality (dirty pool, no real beach behind..) I do not recommend at all this hotel."
