"The room was spacious as is the bathroom, very clean, mattress extremely comfortable, I would recommend putting on the "top bed sheet" and then the white bedspread which was pretty but a bit rough against skin. All areas were new, well kept and very nice. Negatiives: Parking is very stressful, there's a driveway with a 2 car garage and 7 parking spaces....you have to know who is leaving when, which is impossible if you don't know the other guests, you're always afraid of blocking or being...

"I was driving my daughter down from NY into Lakeland and needed a place close to the main area of Lakeland. I couldn’t have picked a better place! The location is excellent, but most importantly was the place where we stayed. It’s cozy, but gives you everything and more, that’ll you’ll need. I especially loved the small details that have been added to make your stay special. I look forward to coming back to Lakeland and definitely staying here again. "

"We loved so much about the stay, the cottages were modern but comfortable and smartly decorated. There were all the essentials in the kitchen even a huge amazing blender. The buildings were very attractive and painted lovely colors. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms as well (could have been a little more upgraded, basic shower stalls). "The report was off the main road so quiet and felt very safe. The pools and property were nice and clean. We stayed in the 400 block on the main level. The furniture is a bit dated compared to other rooms we saw in newer buildings. This should be upgraded. On our last day we had ducks come up to our patio and use it as their personal toilet. We couldn’t sit out there afterwards. Luckily we found happy hour by the club house pool so all was not lost! They allowed us to check in early which...

"My family of 4 needed a "base" for activities in Orlando. This hotel served those needs. Maingate gave us a place to rest our heads. We did not use the pool but it seemed ok. We used the mini golf course which was fun but seemed rarely used. Breakfast was better/more than expected. Staff were friendly. It is a VERY dated property and could use some upgrading for sure but the price was fair and we were not expecting the latest, up to date, resort style hotel."
