The bed was large and comfortable. All the staff were extremely kind and lovely, they were very polite and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The meals were excellent, with the buffet style breakfast being exceptionally good. Plenty of choice of everything. A comfortable bar area with staff who would make any drink you wanted. Excellent. Overall, this is a very nice hotel, and is situated straight across from the shopping centres. The free parking in the multi storey car park next door was also excellent, with your ticket being validated on departure. Nothing to pay!! Wonderful. "
