The room was pleasant, clean and the bath was lovely and spacious (could fit two SLIM people satisfactory). Loved the tea selection and mini fridge compliments as well! However, when you opened the cupboard with the ironing board, a smell of mouldy cheese comes wafting out (so I quickly closed that and moved swiftly on) we booked...

"Great spot for a one nighter after flying into Gatwick on a Thursday evening and flying out the next night from Heathrow. We had a fabulous dinner and the package included the breakfast which was extensive and scrumptious. "

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the place if filthy, the staff are rude and never around when you need them. There was a dead rat on the floor on the way to my room, the shower is horrible and dirty, the tv in the room didn’t work and the beds are terrible. To top it off you get free parking with the room and for some reason my number plate wasn’t put into the system so they are trying to hit me with a £100 parking fine, though my car was parked there for 40 minutes which would have cost...

"We had such a lovely day stay here, and would definitely recommend to others as perfect place to stay to visit Twickenham rugby stadium. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Very friendly member of staff behind the bar, he showed me the room, little tour around the pub, very polite young man, couldn't do enough for us when ordering drinks, gave us the darts to play."

"We srrived for a two night stay from the moment we arrived all staff where very friendly Room was spotless and really well set out (room 8) Ethan checked us in and gave us some local knowledge to asssit with our visit Charlie the chef was great with my son as he is a fussy eater went above and beyond to cater for him the manager Jacob made our stay hassle free and we will make sure to return to this hotel next year when back to london card show from which is less than 5 min walk from this...
