"Hotel appeared to be in safe area for the river walk. We had a couple of issues after checking in but wasn't a big deal. When we checked into our room the smoke alarm was beeping indicating a low battery. I got a battery from front desk and changed. Then while settling in we noticed that heat wasn't working, setting was on heat and fan blowing but no warm air. Informed front desk and was able to change rooms. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. One negative comment is about...

Due to the snow storm on 1/19/2024 in NOVA I checked out early on 1/18/2025 and did not spend 1/18/2025 on property. Imagine my surprise to receive a charge of $200.80 on 1/19/2025. I will address this directly with the hotel. "
