"Hotel appeared to be in safe area for the river walk. We had a couple of issues after checking in but wasn't a big deal. When we checked into our room the smoke alarm was beeping indicating a low battery. I got a battery from front desk and changed. Then while settling in we noticed that heat wasn't working, setting was on heat and fan blowing but no warm air. Informed front desk and was able to change rooms. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. One negative comment is about...

"This was a very comfortable place to stay during a conference at the adjacent conference center. It has easy access to the waterfront path and a variety of good restaurants are a short walk away. The $22 daily parking fee was a surprise and may cause me to consider one of the other nearby hotels to avoid have to pay that in the future."

"My wife and I, along with another couple were in town for a wedding over the weekend and had booked this property for our stay. Despite some booking issues on my end, we had a fantastic stay. The property owner was extremely helpful and understanding with the problems I was having, and even managed to get us checked in early with enough time to eat, get ready, and make it to the wedding on time!
