"This was a great space to have a large group (12)- we had plenty of options for sleeping, and a large living room if people preferred sleeping bags over bed mates. The outdoor space was perfect for winding down after a day of meetings, with options for conversation (fire pit, hot tub) or some solo time (running, walking on roads). It was only about 20 mins from Cornell, which was great for our group."

"Everything was exactly as described and hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond. The jacuzzi tub has a beautiful view and the kitchen was generously large! Driveway was plowed when it snowed (very helpful because it is long!) and the heated floors kept our feet warm on our winter trip."

This cottage worked out perfectly - it was plenty warm, the backyard and patio are private and lovely, and the cottage is spacious with helpful features (great buffet shelving near large dining table). We would love to return! Thank you so much to our hosts for the well appointed cottage and convenient location to Trumansburg (and Ithaca - just depends which way you want to go on 89)!"

"This was home base for a Thanksgiving with family. The house is absolutely spotless, with comfortable modern rooms and lots of space to spread out. The house is set back from the road with a secluded backyard with a deck and a fenced in area, you’d never know the grocery store and mall are 5 minutes away, and downtown Ithaca is a short drive. The kitchen was well stocked, and communication with Laurie the owner was excellent. "

The host was so kind, she reached out with information not only about the rental but the area before check in and after to make sure everything was good. The house was perfect, very clean and cozy. We frequented MoMo’s cafe that’s right around the corner, everything was delicious. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. "

"This is a property that exemplifies an absentee owner. It was clean inside but exterior was not well maintained. Fire pit rotted through, life vests moldy and deck smelled bad. The lake is beautiful to look at but full of seaweed and has water moccasin snakes around. It does have a two person limit so it’s overpriced."

"what a great little property within all the comforts. Obv the waterfall is the star, but the little piece of property to relax shouldnt be overlooked.. morning coffee walking from the waterfall view over to the look out over the lake was perfectly relaxing.. The place itself was exactly as described, from the cozy fireplace to the funny little ceilings in the bedroom. Def will be back for a stay next time we take in a show at the State Theater. "
