"I loved this hotel! Virtual check-in was easy. Loved being able to open my door with my phone, and as soon as I entered the suite, soft jazz was playing on the radio and a hand-written welcomed me. The deluxe queen suite was comfortable, so unique and the record player and records in the room were so cool. If you need anything, it’s just a text away. "The very first staff member I encountered was so nice! Everyone else seemed kind of rude and uppity. I didn’t appreciate that. Clearly we could afford to be there, so didn’t like the treatment as if we didn’t or that we were bothering them. Also, the pool closed at 9 but everyone got kicked out at 845. "
