All the staff were pleasant and seemed very willing to help.We had a problem with the window, but the staff responded quickly and offered us another room, and the hot tub wasn't working when we were there, but they were planning to repair it on Monday. "This property was an excellent value!! Great location with multiple public transportation options. Restaurant was understaffed but staff was amazing!! We paid for parking, which was affordable for the area, but seemed the garage was oversold. The garage does not have height guides, so if you have a top box then you may not be able to use the parking. Staff were very engaging and lovely. It does have a fitness room. We had a great experience. We stayed 3 nights but did not get housekeeping...
