"The yarrow hotel is a lovley hotel decorated to a high standard.The rooms are to a high standard as well. The spa area is a must you are charged 15 pound each to use the spar but it is well worth the price very private area.The staff are extremely good at there job which makes the stay even better good breakfast as well "

"A lovely classic hotel with grounds. Nice breakfast if a little restricted, and lovely bar food, plus a useful and easy car charger. Pool a little on the cool side and limited changing sreas. I couldnt get the showers to get warm. Bedroom very comfy, though i couldnt understand the reasoning behind check-out by 10am but breakfast till 1030. I did try and arrange a slightly later check out to match the breakfast timings, but was told i would be charged extra, which on top of the room price seemed...

"I've stayed here on a number of occasions over the last decade and a bit. I've always found it to be friendly, with good beer and good food. My only reservations are that in colder months, the chalets can be a bit on the cool side despite having heaters. However, on this occasion, I was in one of the newer rooms and the bathroom was nice and warm in the morning and best of all contained a walk-in shower stall, far better than clambering over a bath tub!
