"I originally booked Omni Parker House and changed at the last minute due to some negative reviews about mold, mice, no fridge in the room and noise due to construction work. I booked Double Tree and couldn’t believe how perfect everything was from the moment I checked in to the last day of my stay. The staff is amazing, polite and very helpful, rooms are clean and updated, beds are comfortable and everything I needed was in the room. Very happy experience and I will not even bother to check other hotels when I come back to Boston. This is a 4 star hotel. "
