The lady at the front desk over charged me even though I bought the room… very upset and will never come back here ever again. Felt very unsafe where there is a group of older men drinking alcohol in the lobby and as a 24 year old women I am scared for my life.

Front desk lady was really rude and racist. EXPEDIA its great and has a great customer services, but the hotel doesnt. They should teach a little empathy. Never choosing this hotel again.

I chose this hotel because I had great experiences in the past. Reception was swift, but not private. She announced my room number when she gave me my key. Windows in room were open and easily accessible to anyone outside; hair was found in the bathtub (I always clean any room I stay in because it is never really clean); paint in shower appeared to be melting and falling off the wall. My room smelled like smoke, so I sprayed lavender and it went away. The tv didn't work. When I asked reception, she told me that I needed to fix it or wait until the morning. To add insult to injury, the people in the next room were playing their tv really loud and their kids kept screaming and fighting. Needless to say, this will be the last time I choose this hotel.

Just as we checked in, four police officers appeared and a man in handcuffs was taken out of the property. I guess you can say that police presence was positive, but when a place has a dedicated parking spot for police by the front door, that's a clue that there are problems. The place was shabby and needs some love. Some white dust in our room, possibly construction dust. Had to slam the door for it to close properly. People in room next door were playing loud music at 8 a.m., and then what sounded like a loud video game. I can't recommend it at all. The only good thing was that when I came down for breakfast, although both coffee urns were empty, the staff person immediately said she'd make more, and did.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE place I ever lodged in. My first and last time at any of these hotels. My initial room reeked of marijuana, the second room they moved me too was disgusting, broken furnitures, burnt cigarette stains everywhere. Highly, highly disappointed.

Besides the smell of pot in the hotel what surprised me the most, it was how they say they serve breakfast, when all they have was packaged muffins and a packet of oatmeal and a snack bar. If you’re looking to have breakfast at the hotel to save some money, this one is definitely not for you. They have very thin comforter as well, so come prepared.
