This hotel is easy to locate, easily accessible, and it is in a convenient location. The room itself was modern yet comfortable. The water pressure seemed higher than at other hotels, but it was nice in the shower. :) Reasonably priced for the amenities, services, and friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

We had an excellent stay at the Aloft Boston Seaport. Super friendly & helpful staff. We really appreciated the complimentary tickets to the Institute of Contemporary Art - Boston. Highly recommended. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance (but we’re walkers). It was super convenient to be a short walk from the WTC T stop which provided an easy bus ride to and from the airport.

Terrible check in service. Front desk was rushed. Seemed irritated when I asked a question and answered rudely. Did not direct me to the elevators or room. Room was ok, blinds were automatic but broken. Shower handle was also broken. Not worth the cost of the room.

The Aloft staff was friendly and knowledgable about attractioions in the area. They were prompt in getting my family checked in and always checked on us as we came and went from the hotel. The hotel was clean and provided enough space in the rooms to fit families. We will be coming back.
