Stayed just overnight after late flight before going into Boston. Staff was nice, we checked in very late just to sleep. Beds comfy, very quiet location.

Property was great. Unfortunately there were so many large groups on our floor who made so much noise, let their young children run up and down the halls at midnight. We were there to celebrate my mom’s passing and had to get up early.

The stay was great until our departure when my mother fell and broke her wrist. There were no precautions taken to inform guests that the brick walkway under the entrance was icy. The roads were not icy nor were sidewalks but apparently the "decorative" bricks used at the entrance get very slick very quickly. Although a friendly Marriot worker came and helped my mother up, their overall response to their negligence is one of apathy and indifference.

I can tell the management of this property has put the majority of their money in the lobby, bar and first floor bathrooms as when you first walk in it has a great and posh vibe. The Bar staff were excellent and the food was great. The room, was average. In the bathroom the hook to hang a towel or robe on the door was broken, there was no makeup mirror or hair dryer, shower water had two speeds either freezing or sculding hot water no in between, lighting was horrible and our room was cleaned every day and we never got any new bars of soap. There was no bottle water for the coffee machine and you have to pay to use the wifi.
