"My son and I walked into the office and explained we have a reservation. Showed her my phone and she said "NO YOU DON'T". I have been booked for a year. She looked again and said I guess I have to give it to you. She was complaining about all these damn websites and how she's going to remove her place from them all. She charged my card. She gave us the keys. The following morning my son saw her and she said "oh you guy's didn't burn the place down". My son is 19, arm tattoos and braids. I'm a normal looking dude, bald with a gotee. No excuse for being rude and disrespectful. When you run a business you treat all guests with common courtesy and respect. Your guests are the ones that pay your wage. Regardless of how you feel about someone, treat others how you want to be treated. I believe she is genuinely a good person. Beautiful property. She didn't even introduce herself. Found out her name was Linda"
