"Hotel was extremely clean and restaurant food/breakfast was fabulous. Traveled with my service dog and would’ve liked a dedicated area with easy access for her to go to bathroom. Will definitely be staying here again for my numerous trips to Madison Hospital. Also want to mention the extra wonderful service of a shuttle for a 2 mile radius. Our driver Dennis was a favorite! "There were a lot of loud people staying there and I found a dirty washcloth in the shower. There was never anyone at the front desk but otherwise it was fine."

"Nice experience for an overnight. If you're there for an event at the Alliant Energy Center, take advantage of the shuttle so you don't have to pay for parking a half mile away. Beyond that, I wish the cafe would have gluten free choices available. They could contract with a certified area GF bakery for packaged safe goods. Or have the kitchen learn how to easily cook with GF protocols."

"The person working the front desk initially could not find my reservation. But once I showed the paid receipt and confirmation information suddenly we were able to create a reservation. Free of charge of course. Everything else was uneventful and clean."

"I had a very good stay over Christmas. Everyone staff was very gracious with my having to extend my stay each day do to weather and family. I got to Madison a little frazzled and under the weather but your staff made me feel at home. Thank for helping make difference in my holidays this past year "
