Luxury Private Estate

This private estate is a premium rental with accommodations for 16 guests! 5 extra large bedrooms in the main house with 4.5 bathrooms! The apartment above the garage, with one queen bedroom, living room and full bath, IS INCLUDED at no additional cost. All this on breathtaking views! This private estate has room to roam and host large families. Must have a minimum of six guests to book.

Main living room has a grand fireplace with comfortable seating, extra large windows and beautiful views. Great amenities like Starlink Wifi, Satellite television and board games are provided for guest entertainment! Bedroom TV's have Roku and are set up for game systems or DVD's.

The gourmet kitchen features a fully appointed open concept kitchen with a coffee and wine bar. Side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, electric convection oven and glass top stove, breakfast island, conversation seating, premium cookware, dishes, and much more.

All bedrooms have queen pillow top mattresses, dresser/closet, night stands, charging ports, luxury linens, premium comforters and pillows. All mattresses and pillows are protected with dander proof, bedbug proof, allergen proof protectors. Unlike most rentals and hotels, our comforters and blankets are replaced with fresh, clean ones every time, no exceptions!

Lower level game room features professional Air Hockey, custom pool table, shuffleboard, arachnid darts, entertainment system and poker table. Extra lounge seating, queen pullout sofa, bar and a full bath are provided for guest convenience. Bar is usable but is not finished. Equipment includes two apartment refrigerators, electric grill/oven, wine cooler, and microwave.

The estate home and grounds have many features to make guest stays comfortable, safe and memorable. From fire extinguishers on all levels to extra seating for group gatherings, outdoor seating for 30 on two decks with a gazebo and gas BBQ grill. A private paradise with gardens throughout and room to roam. Unique and beautiful grounds and wildlife in abundance!

Pets are welcome but limited to two and owner is required to provide proof of current vaccinations. Pet fee is $50 per pet per stay. Pet accommodations not scheduled at least 30 days in advance will no longer be allowed, no exceptions. Due to rising costs, a temporary nominal fee of $12 per guest per night after the first six will be assessed.

This beautiful estate accommodates 18 guests with room to spare. Everything you need for a relaxing and private vacation is right here! Located in beautiful Black River Falls and only minutes from town. The very best in customer care, cleanliness, comfort and convenience is yours when you stay at any one of our beautiful and well maintained properties!

This private setting is part of a private estate only minutes from downtown. Snowmobile trail access is adjoining the property with many trails for walking, horseback riding and exploring. ATV trails are only a few minutes away, now accessible by county roads, no need to trailer, and the home has an extra large driveway for trailers and toy-haulers. ***Weddings and events are welcome with a contract and additional fees. Contract is required and is not included in website rental pricing. Weddings, rehearsal dinners and all other events are strictly prohibited without owner pre-approval.
Hunting, target practice or weapons of any kind are not permitted. Do not bring guns or assume guests may hunt. Our insurance does not allow hunting or weapons.
Guests who break these rules will be removed from the property and no refunds will be given.

This house and its accomdations were above our expections. The property is beautiful and its out in the country so you dont have to worry about having too much fun. The property manager was wonderful and always got back to me if i had any questions within a short period of time. I highly recommend this place.

Comfortable inspiring setting
This home welcomed us to relax, enjoy each others' company and catch up on lives as we were surrounded by nature's beauty! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and stellar for our meager meals and appetizers! Order and cleanliness abounded! The host had small "extras" that made our visit comfortable, e.g. cotton balls and q-tips, coffee and tea, board games and a game room! Especially appreciated the safety features, like a fire blanket and extinguishers. We enjoyed our stay and plan on a return visit!

Beatiful area and property. Beth Rose went out of her way to answer all our questions prior to renting and during our stay. Many things for our whole group to do in the Black River Falls WI area. We spent a day in the Dell's went hiking, golfing, swimming, horseback riding, fishing, Atving, and shopping.

The house was beautiful. The rooms were all large and spacious. The downstairs area was an amazing surprise, with something for everyone. The view from the patio and upper deck were perfect for morning coffee and breakfast, and great for evening sitting and conversation. Overall the house was fantastic!

Family Reunion
Beth is an exceptional host! She reached out to us when we arrived and let us know she was available whenever we needed her. We never did! The property was immaculate and perfect for the family reunion we hosted. We really enjoyed the extra outdoor spaces and beautiful scenery for an evening bonfire. Perfect for 2 Families
I am always nervous about a property before we stay because I read all the reviews and assume the worst. Beth was very easy to deal with and responsive. Upon walking into the property we were very happy with our choice. Ample sleeping space for our group of nine, but most importantly, so many activities in the bottom walkout level. 70th Birthday celebration
The house was wonderful and provided everything we had hoped for. Both the house and location worked out excellent for my 70 Birthday celebration. The game room was a big hit with my family ages 4 - 70. Nice safe parking spot for my UTV trailer. Very close to the UTV trails as well as the UTV rentals for the extra machines we needed for all of us to enjoy the area. Regards Steve

Family holiday get together
We had four generations together for "our traditional" HallowThanksMas. There was plenty of space for all of us and Beth was wonderful at responding to any questions we had in a very timely manner. Plenty of games and things to do around the property. If there is negative it would be only allowed 1 trash bag per day.

Work & Pleasure - change of scenery during the Pandemic
The house and grounds were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the game room and walking and snow shoeing on the property. We were there during an extended period of extreme cold - minus 20 degrees one morning, so we took advantage of the fireplace most days which was awesome. My overall rating would have been 4 or 5 stars but for one issue. We had specifically asked about the internet. I indicated 4 of us would be working 3 days each of the 2 weeks we would be there. Beth indicated it would be fine. Unfortunately I did not ask for specific info regarding the service and quickly came to understand the internet was satellite based. This caused it to be much slower than a cable based internet and caused a 5 - 10 second delay during all conference calls which was a large part of what the 4 of us needed to do. This was just not workable. Some of us could not connect to our company systems and had very slow downloading of large files. We spoke with Beth, she did contact her provider, but the reality is there isn't much you can do to improve a satellite based internet connection. This resulted in one couple having to spend 8 hours driving back and forth to their home each weekend and returning Wed night. I was able to stay as I utilized a company provided phone, data plan and hotspot. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, have a beautiful setting and room for lots of folks - this would be a great choice. We even discussed how fun it would be for our adult children, spouses and grandchildren to return in a large group - assuming we didn't need to be online while there. We have stayed an many VRBOs and Beth was at least as responsive, if not more so than many. She provided all paper products, dish washer soap, etc and gladly dropped off additional supplies since we were there for 2 weeks and did require replenishment. Again, our only disappointment was that we were unable to fully utilize the home all the days we had planned (and paid for). This made the effective nightly rate much more expensive than we thought and would normally pay. In retrospect, if we had understood the internet was satellite, we would have chosen a different property. That said - it truly is a private luxury property!

Dishwasher Blues
Our group of five couples rented this property from Oct 20-23. The house was perfect for our group as it had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate us. The downstairs area and bar area were perfect for our group. The yard was perfect for our annual croquet match. The only real issue we had was the dishwasher. It was very dated (this was later confirmed given that a part that was needed was no longer available). The first two loads ran well. The last night we attempted to run the dishwasher but it would not latch. We eventually got it to stay and ran the dishwasher. The dishwasher was empty when we left. We hand washed them before we left as we didn't have many dishes. We thought it was best to inform Beth, the owner, about this so she could take a look at it. She blamed us for breaking the dishwasher and were billed $250. She also accused us of using or taking too many dishwasher pods. The pods were in a pint size jar. We didn't count the number of pods prior to staying (i would recommend you do this). We certainly did not put more pods in the dishwasher than one and we did not steal any. Following is a description of the aged dishwasher: The front panel was missing a button or the pad was worn through. The bottom of the dishwasher did not have the filter cover. There was just an open hole. We were accused of pushing/slamming it back four inches. We had a picture of the dishwasher just prior to leaving and it was not recessed four inches. In addition, the dishwasher was not secured into the open spot. It could be moved back/forth/sideways. We were then notified that the dishwasher needed to be replaced. We asked for a copy of the estimate as we knew we had not broken anything out of our lack of normal care. She informed us she had no estimate. We asked for pictures and the pictures she sent did not show what she accused us of breaking. We feel that charging us for the fix/replacement of an aged dishwasher was unfair given its age. At some point that dishwasher was was going to fail and we were the unlucky victims. The property is a 5. The house is a 3/4 only because it is extremely dated. Our recommendation is that if you stay at this property, and we would recommend it, take inventory of what is there, if something breaks (it will likely happen) don't leave until you have met with Beth and take a lot of pictures!!!!

The place was fine, but we received a pretty aggressive message from the host beforehand listing many rules and consequences of stealing or breaking items. And then when we got there, a number of items were already broken which felt quite inhospitable, especially given the message. All in all it was fine, and worked for our family but the accommodations weren't as welcoming as we had hoped.

Wonderful gathering location
I rented this property as a place for my siblings, parents and I to stay during my brother's wedding weekend. It was perfect. Entertainment for all ages, spacious enough for privacy, and big enough to accommodate the extra family members that stopped on their way to their hotels, for a drink, etc! Highly recommend booking with Beth!
