"What an amazing place. Unassuming from the outside, apart from being the oldest building in Ulverston. It is wonderful and cosy, inside with modern sympathetic decoration. "I had an excellent stay at Ellerbrook House. It’s conveniently located a block away from the Windermere High Street. I was able to walk into town every night with a great choice of local cafes, restaurants and pubs. My room was fantastic. To my surprise I had what looks like a new but very large bed. My room was completely renovated. New bathroom fittings good water pressure. I was on the top floor and found it very quiet at night and it was well heated. My room was made up every day...

"Had a great long weekend at the property. Had loads of stuff there to use the kitchen to its full potential. Was lovely and warm and everyone had plenty of space in the accommodation. We were able to celebrate Christmas with my mum who is going to Guatemala next month and won’t be there. A few tiny tweaks will make this a perfect let but already great as it is."

"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...
