"Fantastic Hotel"

"Had an excellent stay here. The staff are all great - everyone is helpful, happy and lovely to chat to. Alex the Doorman greeted us with smiles every time we exited or entered the hotel - he’s wonderful! The rooms are on the smaller size but the bed is huge and so comfy. Walk in shower is lovely, didn’t want to get out! The bars within the hotel are fab as well - wonderful view of the skyline and the happy hour is great. Worth coming to the bars even if you’re not staying here. Located really...

"we loved our stay. the room was everything we needed. nice shower, comfy bed, empire state view!! the food was also surprisingly great at the restaurant they have on site. staff was so friendly & fun. only weird thing was the time they come to clean the room are unpredictable. once they showed up at nearly 6 PM while we were getting ready for dinner, a few other days they didn’t come at all. not a big deal to us but an odd note. "

"Good value for a nice newer clean room with comfortable bed and all the basic amenities. Mofern urban vibe. We got the smallest room and there was only access from one side. It was tight, but okaybfor one night. Would get bigger room if staying longer. Staff were great especially Nikki and Robert. Bar and lounge area was confortable during day, gets a livelier crowd at night. Loved the free skeeball maxhine Good drinks "
