"I thought it was the perfect location hotel. I was not a big fan of the shower. Water if aimed incorrectly pours out making bathroom slippery. Shower head is in an awkward place. Water preacher terrible "

"The pool area was slightly too cold for the kids. There was one staff member I spoke with on a number of occasions regarding room set up for my daughter and sending a care package. She was rude multiple times on the phone. I was actually happy to no check in with her because she’s was rude but she did notice me once she saw me come in to set up because she stated I needed to do it myself "

"We loved the property and would love to stay again. The room was perfect and the location was amazing. The only negative I have was the valet service. Upon checkout there was only 1 person working the valet. The lobby was full of people trying to leave but unable to get their vehicles. We ended up walking with the attendant to where our vehicle was with several other guests and picked up our own vehicle. Very Nice Hotel... Neighbors are a challenge for t

"Everything about the staff and Hotel seemed great! 1 think I saw in reviews and didnt think anything of was a few comments about outside noise. I experienced this. It is NOT the fault of the hotel. It is the museum across the road. They have a DJ adult party every so often and found out it goes till 11pm. So if you have a room on the street side it will be loud till 11. I suggest you check the museum schedule and request the right room if 11pm is to late for you. We didnt find out what time it would stop till it stopped. But the hotel was very accomodating on moving us. Had we known it ended at 11 we wouldnt have worried or would have asked about a different room at check in. "
