I called the hotel twice to ensure that my friend having the standard room would have the correct room. I was assured it was recorded against the booking. When I arrived, my friend had already booked in and had been given the executive room. The reception manager was rude, he didn’t believe I had called despite me showing him my call history. He said they were fully booked and he couldn’t move me...

"Arrived early but early check in was £15 so we just left the bags with them and went out. Request for a room with a bath was met, which was wonderful. Toilet was seperste to bathroom which was strange but both were clean and the bed comfortable."
