"We had a wonderful time and loved everything about the property. We will really enjoyed the pool area it was very refreshing and peaceful. We had a King room with the most amazing shower. . In the morning they provide excellent coffee and light breakfast options. Wayne check us in and was super friendly and showed us around the property. Chuck was also very friendly and answered any questions we had. We come down a couple of times a year and will be booking here from now on! "

"The mansion is very unique with plenty of historical architecture and decor. The current owner continues to invest in the property to ensure that it’s well maintained and he’s made some obvious improvements. (HVAC, electrical, etc)We met briefly and he very accommodating and respectful. The beds are all very comfortable and the place is clean! "

"We had to come to Fort Lauderdale last minute for my daughter’s first National Judges cup for gymnastics. Hotels were pricey & my girls wanted to be close to the beach, we always wanted to be within walking distance of all the cool stuff. "I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel obligated to share my experience. I arrived a day before the rest of our family & we noticed that the elevator did not work & it was hot on the 1st floor. We called the owner (Shawn) and he said that was because the Nest thermostats need people to move around to activate the AC.The next day my son & his family arrived & he checked the AC units, he called Shawn & told him it was blowing hot air, Shawn said he would have a guy come out the next...

"The house and property are just as pictured. Great location, clean and the host was great to work with and very accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, spices & some condiments. Short drive to beaches, shopping and entertainment. We were three couples that stayed here. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. I highly recommend."

Total Privacy Fenced Yard Quiet Neighborhood

"Our family of 7 along with brother and sister in law stayed a couple nights before leaving for a cruise. We didn’t leave the property. Neighborhood was quiet and short drive from airport and port. Pool and patio was great. Overall stay was good, grill ran out of gas when grilling and couldn’t get a new tank until next morning so had to transition half cooked meat to kitchen. Overall was clean, but daughter has dog allergies and had mild reaction after contact with couch likely due to dog...
