"There were a few issues when we arrived but the host Dan was quick to respond and work them out. The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure is amazing! The view is also amazing and it was very easy to get around on foot for that side of the strip. Hotel Staff and Valet were great. A nice place to stay!"

"Fantastic apartment, lot of room and very nice and clean. Very quiet surroundings and easy access to major avenues."

"Very clean and comfortable place for one or two guests, about 20 minutes from the main hotels, good and quick communication with the host, just one note, the the water handles in the bathroom sink are backwards (hot/cold)"

"Overall we had a nice stay. The place is clean and comfy and had everything we needed. Our only complaints were the hot water was more like warm water. It never got above luke warm no matter how long we let it run. Also, the neighbor upstairs has a kid that likes to run around early in the morning and it sounds like a herd of elephants over your head. That being said, it is an apartment complex and we only needed a place to sleep, shower and relax from time to time so it fit our needs well. ...

"This location was perfect for our 1st trip to Vegas. Loved the location and proximity to what we wanted to do. The security was on point but a very easy check on process! Would highly recommend and hope to use for future trips!"

"The functionality of the room is so much better than a hotel. Sitting area. Larger fridge. Microwave. Also the jetted tub was like having your own jacuzzi. Loved the location. Valet was easy for in and out. "

"This studio was perfect and very generously proportioned; we stayed v comfortably as a family of four. It was clean, nicely furnished and equipped, quiet, and my kids loved watching the planes come and go on the airport runway (and despite being so close, you don't hear the engine noise). "Great small condo for two. The only bad thing was the tv was on demo mode and the remote wasn't working properly to turn off demo mode."

"We travelled with our adult children- everyone had their own room. Close enough to walk to the strip if you want (20-30 minutes) or uber $15-20. Unfortunately too cold to enjoy the pool. Easy check in process. "

"In town for a baseball tournament and stayed with teammates at this property. Host was accommodating and friendly. Location was comfortable distance from business of the strip. Many essentials nearby for food and shopping. Location was quiet and perfect for a spot to rest after playing. Would return due to location and price was very reasonable."

"Reception desk was ANAZING during a difficult time of massive power outages. They did a great job of keeping the service level as if there were no unique circumstances. Personable. Room very comfy.
