"It was what was expected of a hostel type room. The property was a bit outdated and rooms were a bit stuffy temperature wise, but staff did try to make our stay comfortable. Washer and dryer machines were iffy, but the detergent was included at least. We came during the winter, during their off peak season, and they were in the middle of renovations, so I cant fault them for that. Overall it met our needs."

"The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The view was incredible. We woke up to the mountains behind us and the ocean and horses in front of us. The only thing was the shower was hard to operate and there is not 24 hour front desk. It was also hard to find a cheap restaurant close by although there were more expensive options. all in all, we loved the room and property and would recommend!"

It is however an incredibly old house, which means you can hear everything - made us very aware of any noise we made - talking, walking, etc. Very glad we stayed here as was a very unique property, just something to keep in mind as felt very aware of any sounds we made. "A great place to stay. Super clean and very large. We had two bedrooms and a full kitchen. The heated floors in the bathroom were a wonderful surprise. Only a 10 min walk from the bus terminal. The host was very helpful. We were able to drop off our luggage pre checkin so we didn’t have to cart it around all day. Would highly recommend. "
