"Very friendly staff and helpful with suggestions for things to do in and outside town. Rooms are quite nice with comfortable mattresses wonderful bathrooms with high pressure hot water available. The fact that the rooms are right in the middle of the downtown area made for easy access to everything. Three downsides. 1. The buildings for the rooms are scattered around about a km radius from the main city center. But, the lobby is also in a completely different location. Even though...

"Great property, would stay again. We had 2 apartments, one for a group of 3 and one for a group of 4. The space/amenities were excellent. The apartment on the 3rd floor was much quieter than the one on the first floor. on the first floor, the street level noise was sleep disruptive at times but overall not too bad if you are used to some night time city noise."

"The bedroom was clean, warm and spacious. There was no coffee for the Nespresso machine despite a request. The shower had extensive mold on the tiles and a large damp patch on the ceiling where the paint was peeling off. THESE ISSUES NEED URGENT ATTENTION."

"Stayed for one night with my husband. Plenty of parking. The one member of staff (30. Oct 2024) who checked us in, cooked our dinner, and cleaned up was awesome. We found it a little inconvenient to exit the reception area to re-enter the area with the rooms, especially as it was drizzling. The kitchenette was stocked with the necessary tools for self-catering. The sauna and hot tub were clean and adequate. Unfortunately, our shower flooded the entire bathroom. The hotel is a little remote, but...
