"We weren't expecting much from any property in Reno, but this place was beautiful, clean, well maintained and well planned. The casino floor is very smoky but otherwise, we loved it. Dining options were fantastic and everything worked perfectly. "

"staff was helpful and responsive to inquires and requests. We had a king bed suite in the Terrace bldg. Room was comfortable but had a couple of issues. 1. lightbulb was burned out, 2. no trash receptacle for kitchenette, 3. no toaster in room. Staff was informed and took care of issues."
