"The check-in process was very confusing and slow. After a long day playing in the snow, everyone was exhausted and wanted to get in the hotel room asap. However, we spent almost 30 minutes on checking in. The front desk staff didn’t seem to like their jobs neither probably due to the heavy workload. They were definitely short staffed for the amount of guests they had to handle. "This property is usually great but this time around we had issues. Didn’t realize room cleaning wasn’t automatically done and wasn’t notified upon arrival. We ran out of towels and were never able to reach front desk or housekeeping by phone, it just rang and rang. Also, rooms were very warm, felt like a sauna!! "
