"Got snowed in here for a couple days but had a wonderful time. Fun hotel with live music both nights was a great way to pass the time. Never mad about a good arcade and Mel’s had some solid food. Wish there was more options for eating near the area though and that the steak house wasn’t closed both the days we were there."

I asked for a first-floor room and received one, however the first floor is actually half a stairway down from the parking lot at the back of the building. And the second floor is half a stairway up. "Excellent property, no complaints. If you want to be close to all that South Lake has to offer but away from the hustle & bustle this is the perfect location. We stayed for a Club Volleyball weekend & it was exactly what we needed, the small kitchenette allowed us to eat in or out. The pull out couch was not comfortable but we came prepared for that. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The room was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay again."

"Greeted immediately when i arrived 3.5 hrs before check in with a smile and told will call when room ready. Hour later she called, room was very clean, comfortable beds.Free breakfast ,Ice machine,Coffee. Micro, fridge, TV all worked fine. No pool yet. Will stay again!!! "
