"The staff were amazing. Mackenzie & Michelle(?) at the front desk, Dennis the shuttle driver, the ladies who worked the breakfast buffet, & the bartender/server at the bar/grill were all very friendly & provided excellent customer service. The only qualms we had were with the condition of our room & the establishment overall. Considering the Hilton/Doubletree reputation, we were surprised by the condition of our room.
