We stayed here one night while traveling. The casino was a nice distraction after a long day of driving. Our room was clean, king sized bed comfortable. We ate dinner at one of the restaurants and our meals were delicious. We had river view overlooking Omaha which in summer would be great to have. There’s a ramp for parking. Only disappointment is having to pay a resort fee for WiFi

Check in lady did not greet or ask name. Seemed like she really didnt want to be at work. Called the front desk from phone because my husband is dumb and clicked purchase for 24 hours of music on the tv. Front desl just said hello with no greeting.

Property was clean, seemed like our room was recently remodeled because it smelled like carpet glue. Would be nice to be able to go around in the casino area without the cigarette smoke. The no smoking area was VERY SMALL (appox 25 machines) and in an area that was by the front doors, so it was cold. A lot of casino's where we are from have an area for smokers to go instead of leaving their ashes all over the machines. We won't be back.

My reservation was for river front , they checked me in said they couldn’t find me, got a manager and she checked me in right away. Asked for a 50 deposit. She was being short worded with me didn’t want to talk much. So we go the room and noticed wasn’t river front, and was a simple room. Went to front desk manager didn’t even want to look at me. So I asked about the rooms and she said they were all booked was the only room they could get us so I asked the for some refund and told me to put up with the second party who I got the room from
