Amy, at the front desk, was incredibly hospitable, gave recommendations for places to visit, and was a pleasure to chat with over their complimentary breakfast bar (which had a great selection of options). "We were traveling through Council Bluffs and just needed a place for the night. Bridgepointe Inn & Suites was nothing fancy, but served our needs for one night. There was no elevator to the second floor, but that was okay for us. For the price, we would probably stay there again if in the area. Check in lady was very helpful and friendly."
