"Very nice staff. The food was surprisingly good! The room was big and the bed super comfortable. The wifi was a right pain but that’s an IHG issue, not the hotel’s fault. It’s like that in other IHG properties. Only negative comment is the accent wall in the room was absolutely filthy. It’s so obvious I’m not sure how cleaning staff missed it. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and I would stay there again. Kudos to the kitchen staff, bartender, and gentleman who checked me in. This is a good deal for the price even if there is a parking fee and breakfast is not included. "

"We are on a journey to Chicago via Amtrak’s CA Zephyr from San Francisco. When planning our vacation we read how wonderful the Omaha zoo is. The only caveat was finding a hotel near the train station and the zoo. Embassy Suites filled the bill. The only issue was our train arrived at six in the morning. The receptionist Michelle at the Embassy Suites along with her manager were so accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We were surprised and delighted our accommodation to be so comfortable after riiding/sleeping on the train for two days. Thank you, Michelle for making our stay so wonderful :-) We look forward to visiting Omaha and staying at the Embassy Suites again. 👍👍"
