They do not work well and we ended up walking up the stairs to the 6th Floor because they were just not arriving. The breakfast was also not worth £22 each. However, we would not hesitate to stay again! "

"We had a lovely stay at Park Place Westminster! Check was easy and swift. We were given a free upgrade from a basic room to a studio which was super nice. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. One thing to note, it was quite easy to hear noises in the hallway but not from the other rooms. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and exactly what we needed after a long travel day. "
